Competition Rules

  1. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge to adhere to any and all terms and conditions that may apply.
  2. This competition is only open to businesses and individuals residing in the republic of South Africa.
  3. Employees and any member of their family or any agent of eMarketing Solutions or its subsidiaries or any other affiliated company, are not eligible to enter.
  4. Entrants are required to ‘like’ the http://www.facebook.com/eMSdigital Facebook Page in order to qualify as a valid entry.
  5. Winner selection will take place via a random draw.
  6. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Winners accept the prize at their own risk.
  8. Competition entrants enter into the draw at their own risk and eMarketing Solutions will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered as a result of the award or use of any prize.
  9. To the extent that participation in this competition constituted an agreement or transaction entered into, the same shall not give rise to any legal rights, on the part of any competition entrant.
  10. The Prize value is based on the development of a basic Social Media Strategy which is to be customized to the winner’s business specifications where a maximum of 3 different Social Media platforms or accounts will be reviewed and a maximum of 10 hours will be allocated to do so. (*Note that this does not include any design or development requirements, nor any further consultation or provision of management systems.)
  11. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be converted into cash.
  12. eMarketing Solutions shall be entitled, at their discretion, to cancel and/or suspend the draw at any time.
  13. eMarketing Solutions reserves the right to alter rules or prizes at their own discretion.
  14. eMarketing Solutions or affiliates will make every reasonable effort to deliver the prize described in the promotion’s publicity, but cannot accept responsibility if the prize differs in whole or part from that advertised.
  15. Similarly, prize values quoted may differ from the actual value of the prize.
  16. Participants accept that if they breach these rules they will be disqualified.
  17. The competition runs from the launch date until the 10th July 2012.
  18. Entries should be received by the closing date and no late entries will be considered.
  19. The prize-winner will be announced on 12th July 2012 and will be notified telephonically or via email once prizes have been awarded. If eMarketing Solutions is unable to contact any prize winner, having made reasonable efforts to do so, the prize awarded to that prize-winner will be forfeited.
  20. Winners agree that their details may be made public by eMarketing Solutions and furthermore, that any results following the implementation of the prize and any elements derived there from, may be published and shared as part of eMarketing Solutions’ promotional material.
  21. In the event that this competition is also being promoted on Facebook, please note that this offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to eMarketing Solutions and not to Facebook.
