Social Media Policy

eMarketing Solutions Social Media accounts are managed by the digital media team, on behalf of colleagues across the Company. We may occasionally use some automation (such as tools which generate tweets from RSS feeds) but intend that this will not dominate the messages and/or information posted on any of our Social Media accounts. If you become a fan of eMarketing Solutions (‘follow’, ‘like’ or ‘join’ us), you can expect regular content covering some or all of the following: · Updates about new content on our other digital channels (news, product updates, campaigns, etc.) · Invitations to provide feedback on specific issues relevant to the industry · Information on topical issues surrounding the industry · Occasional coverage of relevant events.

Availability

We will update and monitor our Social Media accounts during office hours, Monday to Friday. Some of these platforms may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to any such downtime. eMarketing Solutions reserves the right to disengage from some or all of these Social Media platforms at any time without cause or notification.

Replies, Comments & Messaging

We welcome feedback and ideas from all our followers, and endeavour to join the conversation where possible. However, we are not able to reply individually to all the messages we receive. The digital media team reads all Replies, Comments and Messages and ensures that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed to the relevant people in the Company. We cannot engage on issues that may be deemed unsuitable and/or inappropriate, nor can we answer questions which break the rules as governed by our company policy. Any unsuitable and/or inappropriate content will be removed and whoever placed this may be blocked from future participation on any or all of these Social Media accounts. Please note that we will not endorse any self-promotion or sales related messages of any kind on our Social Media accounts unless prior approval has been granted.
